Thank you to all the people who stepped up last night to help out on the BBQ, moving sand, filling in where age managers were away, and of course our regular age managers. The committee sincerely appreciate your assistance and we know the athletes certainly do.
Hi All! Welcome back to the 2nd half of our Little Athletics Season. Tonight is the Week A program starting from 6:30pm.
Under6s are on the BBQ and so far we don't have any volunteers, we need you to step us so we all can enjoy that sausage sandwich and support our club.

Remember to be COVID safe, if you've travelled to any known hotspots or are not feeling well.......stay home. Please sign in on arrival and stay socially distanced.

Look forward to seeing all the runners, throwers and jumpers tonight :)
There’s only 1 week left of our athletics holiday, we start back next Friday (15th). LANSW have kindly halved their fees for any athletes who still wish to register for the Jan- Mar period. Fees are $60 for Tiny Tots and U6, $75 for U7-U17. Go to and click on ‘register now’
A reminder that Bankstown are hosting an event this Wednesday for U8-U17's. It's a great opportunity for kids to record a time on a tartan track and run against children from other clubs.
Entries close Tuesday 5pm. $5 entry fee or $10 a family 😊

This Committee Profile is all about the fantastic Lauren who has run the uniform shop in very challenging conditions this year! "I enjoy spending Friday nights with my family and all the kids in the awesome under 8 boys! This year I decided to take on the uniform shop position after seeing all the hard work that goes into ensuring our kids have a happy and active season. I have enjoyed meeting so many of the lovely families that make up our club and learning the behind the scenes of running a successful club!''

Happy New Year Rams! A reminder that our first running night for 2021 is Friday 15th January.
Merry Christmas to all our Rams families! Enjoy the break and we're sure all our Running Rams will be raring to go again in January. See you then 😍
Congrats to Ivie Figueroa in 11 Girls who has recently broken records in shot put, hurdles and javelin! Congratulations also to Flynn Cowper in 12 Girls who broke the club record in hurdles. Go girls!!!
In today's Committee Profile I get to introduce myself! I'm Monique, the Rams Social Media Manager. My family joined Rams five years ago when our kids Flynn and Zane were six and three. It was our first experience of kids’ sport and I reckon it would be hard to beat the fun and relaxed atmosphere. You’ll see my husband Craig on the starter's pistol (or BBQ) and I'm often behind the computer doing results. We love Little A’s because there is no greater feeling than watching your child cross that line with a beaming smile - feeling like a champion.
Today we are doing a Committee Profile on Dana. "My daughter Hannah joined Rams as a Tiny Tot 7 years ago. She absolutely loves it and has made some great friends over the years. All I can say, being actively involved in Little Athletics and the Rams club can be just as much fun for the parents as it is for the kids, and makes the Friday nights go so much faster. So get involved, help out! Your kids will appreciate you getting involved and taking an interest in their passion. I enjoy seeing all the kids have fun with their friends pushing each other to better their results week in and out. This season I’ve come on board alongside Peter to be a direct contact for the age managers and assisting them in running a great competition night for their groups. Go Rams!''
Today's Committee Profile is about our treasurer Werner. He practically lives at the Rouse Hill Rams’ fields doing Rams sport club related work. He loves helping out in athletics, rugby, cricket, tennis, golf.... to only name a few. Athletics have always been a favourite of his and with Chanelle so involved in sport, it is a major part of the Odendaal’s lives! All of his kids, Chanelle, Nicolas and Kristofer are very active kids and as such you can normally find the family around some kind of sporting event. And if no one in the family is playing sport, Werner and the Odendaals are out to watching the Wallabies, Waratahs, Wanderers, Sydney Thunder or the Aussie cricketers!
REGIONAL UPDATE: Friday is the last opportunity at a Rams' club night for our 9-12s to qualify for the Regional Championships. All applications must be sent to by 5pm on Monday, December 14. Successful applicants will be notified in mid-January. Details here:
