ZONE ENTRY: Please start considering if your athletes are interested in attending the Zone Championships at Baulkham Hills on January 28-30 - as entries open shortly. We can only enter limited athletes in each age group. Juniors can enter a maximum of four events and Seniors can enter six. At Rams we will process entries on a first come first served basis. Watch this space for entry details or speak to a committee member on Friday for more information.

For those who have finished their trial, you must register your athletes by 10am tomorrow to collect numbers tomorrow night before 6pm. See everyone else at 6.30pm!

Meet our Rams committee! Every Friday night you’ll see us setting up the field, organising registration, warm-up, uniforms, trials, results, acting as starters, packing up, running the canteen, helping age managers – even being age managers! We are the volunteers working behind the scenes all year round to make sure all our kids have the best athletics experience – and we love it.
UPDATED:  Unfortunately the track is far too wet to be safe for our kids tonight, so competition is off. However our dedicated volunteers will be there from 5.30pm-6pm for uniform purchases so please head down as it will save everyone time next week. We have also decided to bring along rego patches for anyone who still needs to collect them!
The weather may not be looking great but amazingly our ground is! Please be ready to come between 5.30pm-6pm tomorrow if you need to get uniforms or trial numbers and we'd really love to see all registered athletes now wearing their patches on the uniforms! As usual, a call will be made about wet weather, around 5pm tomorrow and we will still be selling uniforms even if its raining!

TOTS YOU’RE UP! We are very excited to welcome all our Tiny Tots back to Rams tomorrow (Friday) with everyone else from 6.30pm.
UNIFORMS: If you need uniforms, please arrive by 5.30pm as the shop will close at 6pm.
TRIALLISTS: If you are doing a trial, please also arrive by 6pm to collect your trial slip.

WE'RE ON!!! Great news, the ground is open, and we're running a Wet Weather program to cater for the slightly slippery track, which means no jumps tonight.
REGO/UNIFORM/TRIALS: Please arrive from 5.30pm, bring your vaccination and proof of age. Uniform sales will stop at 6pm. Everyone else see you at 6.30pm for warm up!
ONE MORE SLEEP! Let's hope the weather holds out for our first running night. We will inspect the ground at 5pm, ahead of our 6.30pm start so please check Facebook for updates. Even if it rains, we are going ahead with registration and uniform collection.
REGO/UNIFORMS: Anyone who has not attended muster MUST collect registration patches and uniforms between 5.15pm-6.00pm.
The uniform shop will be closed at 6pm.
TRIALLISTS: If our event goes ahead and you are doing a trial, please also arrive by 6pm to produce your vaccination certificate, proof of age and to collect your trial slip.
VOLUNTEERS: If you are volunteering at the canteen and BBQ, please go straight to those areas and all other parents please help your age manager. 
TOTS: Remember you don’t start until next week!

WE'RE READY TO RACE! Thanks to the Rams’ successful campaign we now have a start date which is only weeks away!

SEASON START: Ages 6-16 is Friday 12th November; Tiny Tots Friday 19th November.

VACCINATION: These start dates are for athletes over 16 years who are vaccinated, and those under 16 years who have a vaccinated carer in attendance on competition night. All other athletes can attend from Friday 3rd December.

MUSTER NIGHTS: Friday 5th November and Wednesday 10th November. We will have drive-through pick up of registration patches and uniforms. Those intending to start in November need to produce their own vaccination certificate or have a carer produce one to collect patches. That vaccinated person must declare that they will attend on competition night.

Thank you Daily Telegraph for speaking to Rams president Bob Gribbin about the cap on community sport which won't allow most Little Athletics clubs to open until December. Surely if 10,000 people can go to the races then 400 kids can run around a track!
THE WAIT IS OVER - registrations are finally open! We are still waiting for official guidance on when we can restart but we are aiming for mid-November and hope to extend the season.
