Sydney-based Madi de Rozario has won the Women's T53 800m in a new Paralympic Record of 1:45.99 & in dominant fashion, finally securing that elusive gold medal in her fourth Paralympic Games (to go along with her two silvers). πŸ₯‡πŸ₯ˆπŸ₯ˆ

With a huge smile, Madi said after the race: β€œMy mum, she won’t be handling as well as I am...she can’t watch my races in real-time so I’m not sure if she’s even seen it!”

A huge congrats to Madi, her mum (hopefully she did catch the race!) and coach of the past 13 years, Paralympic royalty Louise Sauvage πŸ‘‘πŸ™Œ
